I enjoy helping programs design and implement effective management systems and high-quality services for children and families, and have had the honor of doing so for over 35 years.

As an Early Head Start (EHS) Start-Up Planner, I’ve helped numerous EHS programs implement services since it was first funded in 1994 – going from “paper to people” successfully.
With my associate, Charles Smith, I developed the “Secrets of Effective Supervision” and “Home Visiting Effectiveness” training programs. I am a faculty member and helped develop the Infant Toddler Mental Health Graduate Certificate Program at Portland State University.
